Our favorite picture from the day. Richard's family is in love with antique cars. We borrowed this beauty (a light blue '37 Ford) from a family friend, Ron. We felt like old-time movie stars posing beside it! We feel this picture really captures our playful love. (Gown by Casablanca - Tux by Men's Wearhouse)

Richard has this sweet expression of quiet devotion here. We decided to have our "romance session" at the beautiful Hyeholde Restaurant in Moon Twp. PA. We had enjoyed our rehearsal dinner here the night before. It is an incredibly picturesque and romantic place-- flowers, sprawling lawns, even a tree swing.

Our first dance. We never took our eyes of each other. We had taken lessons for a few months and danced a rumba to "Making Memories of Us" by Keith Urban. Whenever I would hear that song on the radio, a dancing bride and groom always filled my head. Richard made a lot of dreams come true that day.

My precious little boy. Sweet and patient. This photo was taken while we waited in the church basement for the time when the ceremony would begin. It was calming to have him close and it means the world to me that he was such an important part of our wedding day.

Richard's brother and best man, Daren, with his little girl, MacKenzie, who took part as our flower girl--captured in happiness. Daren said this impromptu picture captured a smile no posed photo could get.

Our cake was made by Daren's wife, our sister-in-law, Michelle. She is a pastry chef who has dazzled us all in the past with her delicious brilliance! Our wedding theme was "A Perfect Pair," so she created little pears out of marzipan. Don't they look life-like? Instead of the traditional white fondant, she suggested white chocolate mousse icing and it was fabulous!
