Submitted by: Bethany Czaja (bride)

Wedding location: New York

Bethany and Greg are college sweethearts who met at Duke University. They both love summertime and the beach, so they decided to make their wedding a weekend get-away in the Hamptons for friends and family across the country.

The wedding ceremony was a traditional Mass held at Immaculate Conception Church in Westhampton Beach, New York. The tented reception took place at Greg's family home nearby in Remsenburg, New York.

The cocktail hour was held poolside. Floating centerpieces and candles were placed throughout the pool, surrounded by coordinating lounge furniture. All of the gorgeous wedding flowers were provided by East Hampton Flowers in East Hampton, New York.

The table centerpieces reflected the bride's love of pink and green! In order to add another special touch to the evening, each table at the reception was named after a beach town in the Hamptons.

The tent was draped with navy blue and raspberry pink sails - the two primary wedding colors. In order to cast a romantic glow, the tent was also lit with pink lighting.

The lower floral centerpieces were interspersed with jewels that matched those in the bride's and bridesmaids' bouquets. Table linens included pink napkins, green chargers, and navy blue tablecloths with white linen overlays.

Greg and Bethany cut their cake with Greg's Naval sword. The cake was decorated with the couple's monogram and pink hydrangeas - a favorite flower of both Greg and Bethany's mothers! It was baked by a fellow Duke Alum at Peconic Baking Company in Riverhead, New York. The groom's cake featured the Duke Blue Devil logo.

The groomsmen wore white linen pants, navy blue blazers and patterned pink ties. These coordinated perfectly with the navy blue a-line dresses worn by the bridesmaids and the bright pink bouquets they carried!
