It was a gorgeous summer day in August. Our wedding was set at a beautiful country club in Rye Beach, NH, where if the wind was right, you could smell the ocean. The grass and flowers were vibrant greens, pinks, yellows and reds, complimented by a beautiful blue sky. Jeff and I had been waiting for this day for a long time.

I wore a beautiful Ivory Maggie Sottero Dress with a corset back and a sweetheart top. My bridesmaids wore beautiful cornflower blue dresses to match the color of the sky and ocean, with a green sash to bring out the color of the summer grass. We couldn't have ordered a better day, it was more than I had ever dreamed.

My Bridesmaids were holding green and white hydrangea bouquets to compliment their dresses.

The Centerpieces held Blue, Green and White Hydrangeas in a vase filled with seashells. The tables were set with white on white linens and chair coverings.

Jelly Beans were part of our Blue and Green Candy Buffet. The message to our guests read "Love is Sweet- Jeff and Amy 8/9/08" It was a definite hit and a beautiful display.

Popovers on the Square in downtown Portsmouth, NH provided us with delicious Cupcakes that were topped small round cake on the top tier. This cake was decorated with starfish shells and filled with a chocolate ganache. Each chocolate and vanilla cupcake was topped with graham cracker sand and a white chocolate shell.

The country club grass was glowing and the water reflected our happiness- it was a wonderful day.
