Wedding location: Aptos, California
Blaine's and my wedding was so much fun and I think the bliss of Jeff Newsom should be shared with all!
Blaine and I did as many unique and fun things as possible for our wedding. We truly wanted it to be a day of rejoicing with family and good friends!
This is what we call the "Money Shot" at sunset. It's one of my favorites.
The pier that you can see if you really look in the right hand middle leads to a sunken ship. My grandma's first job was actually on that ship!

The mob. I love how different this groomsman photograph is. Jeff is so creative with his poses. Not too many dead bridal parties out there (one would hope!)

This was my "Something Blue". We used it as our getaway car. It was particularly fun for me because I fixed it up with my daddy in high school.

I promise we were happy!
We got married on a golf course that overlooked the ocean so I wanted to incorporate both blues and greens into my wedding. I love this shot of my dress, despite the fact that my sweet momma was a minor bit horrified!

The Bridal Party with ADD! This is about the closest that we could get to having everyone looking at the camera.

What I believe to be one of the most original favors- I work for iTunes and had custom iTunes gift cards with our first dance song made ("It Did" by Brad Paisley).
The photo was one of our engagement photos taken underwater- very Pam and Jim of us with the headphones! (Office reference, anyone?)
Photo: Jeff Newsom (on both counts- the photo and the photo in the photo!)

A collage I made with some of my favorite elements of the day- our candy table, custom monogramed labels for the candy, the getaway car with the starfish, my flowers, the cake (lemon from Icing on the Cake to die for!), the sparkler exit, our feet shot on the beach (showing my borrowed grandma's garter- this year would have marked hers and my grandpa's 50th anniversary), and Blaine performing the song he wrote and sang for me at the reception....
When Blaine sang the song he wrote for me it was truly one of the most precious and priceless moments of the wedding. The lines that I still hum are, "Until the day the good Lord takes us home, I'm gonna love you....I'm gonna love you forever." It was so amazing!
