Brannan/Graves Wedding

You may now kiss the bride...

We were married at First Baptist Church, Rosenberg TX. As part of the ceremony, we participated in the Lord's Supper, lit the Unity Candle, and had both of my brothers and a friend sing. It was a beautiful ceremony!

The colors for our wedding were burgundy, light pink, and gold with pearls. The bridesmaids were able to pick out their own unique style of dress. As a gift, they were given freshwater pearls to wear and also a personalized scrapbook filled with pictures of us growing up together through college. The groomsmen wore traditional tuxes, and they had black vests and ties. They were each given different tools, to help them become future "handy husbands."

The bride's cake was delicious! Each layer was a different shape with a unique design. Our monogram was on the front. The cake's butter cream frosting was two-toned, and the tiers alternated with strawberry cake and vanilla cake. Each layer also had a strawberry filling.

This is the very important Aggie groom's cake! It was chocolate with a chocolate chip, fudge filling. We each only got one bite! :-( We are both Aggies, and so we definitely had to incorporate this cake into the festivities.

This is our first dance at the reception, Cindy's Palace. Everything was beautiful!

A little tribute to all our Aggie friends who were able to make it. We all sang the Aggie War Hymn on the dance floor during the reception.

Here is my bridal gown. It is by Mori Lee, in diamond white. It is all-lace, sweetheart neckline, with a long, scalloped train. I wore a chapel veil edged with crystals.
