Hi Karen, My wedding was actually in Portugal....it was just wonderful. Better than I could have imagined. Weddings in Portugal are an entire day event... It starts off with a lavish breakfast for the guests...then the religious ceremony...where we had a friend of the family who is an opera singer sing Schubert's Ave Maria, and two other songs....people were in tears, it was amazing.... Then the reception follows with a appetizers, a three course meal + dessert....dancing follows, with lots of pictures, and at night more food...a huge banquet of everything you can imagine....the party goes on until 3am... It's exhausting but so worth it....

that dress is fab!! WOWZA!! jsut gorgeous! You are such a truly gorgeous bride- so classic and just really, really pretty. Where was the castle? Went to a wedding in a castle once very similar to that front entrance in Italy? Spill the beans! You must have a gorgeous story? How'd your wedding wind up in Europe in a castle!?! I love a good story!!!! Oh! and whereever, whatever!! CONGRATS!!!!!!
