My husband was actually very involved with the wedding details. He knew he didn't want a white cake. He wanted something unique, and not too girly. So we agreed with this design and color. Cakes on the Dot by Tim in Clearwater made it. It was so yummy, and to my suprise still good a year later!

Thanks for your beautiful comments Jessica. My 92 year old grandmother made my dress from a couple of pictures we pulled together from various bride magazines. I see you're a beach lover as well. You cake was absolutely stunning! Stay happy and beautiful as you were on your wedding day!

Thanks! Thats what I've heard about rain on your wedding day. I was nervous about how it would turn out on the staircase because we didn't rehearse there. I LOVE your cake! We almost did the whole beach theme but my grandmother won't have been able to get down there. I was even going to have the same color green bridesmaids dresses! Very pretty!

I got them for like 75% off so they were on 30.00!!! Love it!! Your wedding looked gorgeous and I love the green dresses!!

Jessica, thanks for the sweet comments. I don't think I have seen a more fabulous cake than yours. I bet your reception was gorgeous, judging from the cake and the shot of the chairs behind it alone!!( I wish there was a way we could see more than SEVEN measly pix sometimes on this thing!) And yep, love that shot of the little nephew! You know he'll tuck away the memories of your wedding forever!!!

We went to Venice for the honeymoon. A lot of people just spend a day or two there and then go on to other cities but we decided to stay there the entire week and really experience the city. I am glad we did! If you ever go the hotel we stayed at was the Locanda Orseolo and I highly recommend it. Try going in the off season. We went in August because of the wedding and the city was PACKED. If you go in the off season like March not only will everything be cheaper but you won't have to deal with the crowds!

In the "about" tab, how this thing works "It's all about fun and sharing! ". Maybe it's because we enjoy looking and commenting on all the other weddings and it leads people to look at our pages?? Ok I read the comments below and the ones on Kelli's page but I am still a little confused! Who is Jeanson? I don't get it lol. Don't let someone's petty drama affect you, you're one of the sweetest people leaving nice comments for tons of brides, so you definitely deserve to be rated highly. I'm sure all of those brides are the ones who voted you up to the top. I think you can only vote once a day anyways, so there's no way any one person can vote themselves to the top on their own, so cheating is a silly accusation. I just like looking at everyone's beautiful weddings - there are SO MANY that deserve to be rated higher than me, which is why I give all of them 5 hearts :D

Hehe.. I read one of your comments on another wedding.... I'm like you, I can't stop looking at weddings! Someone saw my wedding and hired me to do an event for them.
