Walking down the aisle with my dad... That last five minutes before you walk down the aisle seems like an eternity so I told my dad to prepare a few of his favorite "klutzy Megan stories". I almost peed my pants with laughter and it got rid of my nerves.

You may kiss the bride! Our wedding arch is made of bamboo, my husband John made it himself. Its all about using ziplines and then covering them with flowers.

All tables (head table shown) used black & white damask lamps for the high centerpieces and a square of damask fabric for the lows. Raspberry colored buds as an accent and a ton of votives & floating candles to make the whole room twinkle.

My beautiful bridesmaids in pink JCrew dresses... It was important to me that all seven of my bridesmaids felt comfortable. JCrew dresses worked out great, they have a lot of different styles in the same fabric.

The happy couple soaking in a special moment... We were listening to my co-maids of honor as they sang a song they wrote themselves based on a lengthy questionnaire they gave to John & I separately. One word - Amazing.

Getting ready... what an unbelievable feeling to get ready with seven best friends, mom and future mother in law and knowing that they would do anything for you to make your wedding day as special as possible. I have never felt more loved in my life than on my wedding day. My advice, soak it all in, you deserve it. Then, make sure to return the favor to your family & friends.
