The reception featured a four-tiered wedding cake made by Libby Ramey of Stephens City, VA. The top and bottom layers were vanilla with butter cream icing, with the middle two layers being chocolate cake with butter cream icing. The cake was adorned with pink peonies. The cake topper featured a fireman caring a bride, since the groom is a professional firefighter.
