Two weeks prior to our wedding one of my friends was in a clients home that overlooked our ceremony site.
When he explained that we were getting married there she graciously offered to let us use her balcony for this memorable "Goodyear blimp" shot of our ceremony. Nicole had just arrived by horse drawn carriage down Michigan Ave.

Nicole's dad rode with her in a carriage down Michigan Avenue on the way to the ceremony. In his toast he mentioned that several men were honking their horns and yelling "you are the man". Apparently they thought that he had just got married to this beautiful young woman.

We wanted to have our dog bring the rings up the aisle. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in Millennium Park.
One of our friends was able to sneak Lexi up on the public sidewalk where we took this shot. As you can tell she was very excited to see us get married.

It would not have been a wedding in Millenium Park without a quick shot of the entire group by the cloudgate (aka Bean)sculpture.
Our photographer Heidi Zeigler did a great job as it was really crowded. We were suprised that there are two "mystery guests" that decided to join us in the photo.

The reception was held on the Pritzker Pavillion which is where the Chicago Symphony plays during the summer season. It was the first time that it had been used for a wedding reception.
It was a cool night and there was a standing ovation when the staff closed the huge glass doors and turned on the heaters!

Our reception was held on the Pritzker Pavillion stage. It's a beautiful structure and worked perfectly.
It was the breast cancer three day walk that weekend hence the Y-Me lights.
