Melissa and Chris chose chocolate, red and rust-colored acents to compliment their amazing Spanish-style venue in Santa Barbara, California. The reception room was accented with a feasting table which ran the length of the room for the immediate family and bridal party, surrounded by round tables for their friends and family. The tables were decorated with chocolate satin pin-tuck linens, wrought iron candleabras overlflowing with pillar candles and arrangements of red and orange roses, calla lillies, cymbidium orchids, hydrangea and many other beautiful flowers designed and created by Hearts Bloom Floral Designers. Beneath the tall arrangements was a runner of moss and roses filled with an abundance of votive candles. The setting was pure romance. The couple and their wedding coordinator, Ariel Yve of Soiree Design Group designed the reception from beginning to end. The band, That Vibe, had the entire crowd dancing all night and was the perfect compliment to the event.

The couple carried their theme throughout their entire stationary line, which was created by Lazaro Design. They started with a Save the Date which said "Here's Your Ticket to Save the Date" and was comprised of a chocolate colored pocket filled with three cards that resembled airline tickets and had information for the couple's wedding weekend including a timeline for their weekend of events and hotel information. Their invitation was a beautiful ivory stock with chocolate letterpress scrolling and matching envelopes and map. Their programs, placecards, tablecards and menus followed the color theme in rich hues of chocolate and rust.
