The bride's dress was Yolanda Couture: Dana. Post-ceremony "birdcage" veil was custom made by etsy seller qgdesigns. The bride's necklace ("Soucouyant") was from We Dream In Color, a Christmas present from the groom. Earrings from Saylor Sage. Green and blue brooch from Ann Taylor ("something borrowed" as it was originally given as a gift to the bride's mother). Bouquet, featuring cream, white and green, from Fleurish. Groom's tuxedo from Stallone's Formal Wear. Black and white polka dot pocket square, part of the groomsmen's gifts, from 2002 Ties.

Bridesmaids were asked to choose any black, cotton cady dress from J. Crew. Each girl ended up choosing a different style, which looked fabulous!

The groom and his half of the wedding party wore traditional tuxedos, with black bow ties. The Tiffany & Co. watch was the bride's wedding present to the groom. The French Bulldog cufflinks, a nod to the couple's two beloved Frenchies, Norman and Louis, were a birthday present, specifically given to be worn on this special day.

The invitation suite. Wedding invitations were custom designed by the bride's matron of honor (inviteddesign.etsy.com). Thermography printing was handled by Shamrock Printing. A custom die was created to make the scalloped response card. The outer and RSVP envelopes were lined by hand, using black and white wrapping paper (damask and polka dots, two design elements used throughout the wedding). Calligraphy (not shown) was done by Laura Hooper. Custom stamps were also made, using Zazzle.com. Pocketfolds by Envelopements. Paper products from Paper Source, Xpedx, and Paper Presentation.

The reception was held at the Missouri History Museum. Custom black and white damask runners were atop black table cloths. Turquoise napkins tied in the black, white, green and blue theme. Green and white floral arrangements by Fleurish. Square tables and black and white Chivari chairs were specially rented.

A custom wedding poster was created by etsy seller unlesssomeonelikeyou, based on a photograph taken of the couple's two dogs, Norman and Louis. Guests signed the poster's mat with well-wishes. An escort card board, covered in black and white damask fabric, featured individual cards for each guest. The bride hand wrote each card in her signature handwriting. Custom black and white damask lamp shades were also made - the lamp bases were clear glass candlesticks from CB2. Menu card were printed out on special scalloped paper, with fonts that had been used throughout the wedding. The menu is displayed with a "memo clip," found at the last minute at Border's bookstore.

A candy bar, featuring green, blue, black and white candies served as part of the guest's favors. Green (green apple flavor), blue (blue bubblegum and berry lemonade), white (cream soda) and brown (root beer - the closest color to black that could be found) soda from Jones Soda was also given out. A photobooth was also available for guest's to take pictures to remember the day.
